When sitting in front of your computer, it is important the the angle at the knees be 90 degrees. If you have your feet under your chair, you have an angle of less than 90 degrees. This can form knots in your muscles.

Over the years your knee joints can be pulled out of alignment. These knee injuries can cause permanent pain.
