Q. Android S23. 
My S23 shows that it has 0% power when I plug it in. Then, after several seconds, the numbers in a box increment from 0% to 100%. It is impossible to turn the phone on. How do I fix that?
A. See the 2 red arrows in this image. Hold those buttons (On-Off & volume down) in for several seconds (until you stop seeing messages on your screen). Then your phone will start acting normal again.
Q. What if I cannot message or phone with my Android for an unusually long period of time?
A. This could be because there is some corruption within your software. Often this can be solved by doing a complete shut down and starting again.
So, hold down your power button for 5 seconds to power down. Hold it down and power up. In all likelihood you will be able to message and phone now.
Q. How to copy & paste (a URL) on my Android.
A. 1. Hold finger on word on smartphone screen until word is highlighted.
2. Lightly hold finger on blue “teardrop” and drag until the entire text desired is highlighted.
3. Tap copy.
4. Delete old URL from search box.
5. Hold finger down on search box until menu show up.
6. Tap Paste.
